The place had a few issues but the owner was prompt in sending over a repair person to fix the hot water. They also voluntarily gave me a 100 credit for the inconvenience. This really is a tiny home so look at it as a place to sleep, shower, and have a cup of coffee on the deck - not to hang out all day - lol.It was very clean and modernized. The neighborhood is very quiet - I actually grew up two houses over. It is very conveniently located, easy to get to coffee, restaurants, Summersville Lake, and New River Gorge.If you are looking for a tiny house experience I would recommend the Acorn.

Great little spot for my solo getaway! I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Hosts were attentive and quick to resolve a mild issue that arose. Excellent communication! Would definitely stay here again!
